My name is Isabelle, though I’m also known as the Shaggy Shepherd online. I have loved books all my life but really became fully immersed in the bookish life when I started my first blog as a reviewer. I’ve since joined a blog team instead but still love interacting one-on-one with other bookish people on Discord, Instagram, Threads, BlueSky, and in various book clubs. While I do write a little on the side, my main passion is helping other authors make their own work shine as a copy editor.

When I’m not reading or editing, I love spending time with my daughter (often reading books or making art together), sewing, hiking, and hanging out with friends. I’m also a big animal lover and share my world with one dog and two cats.
